Identificación del sitio donde fueron removidas o encontradas las evidencias. Para preservar la autenticidad de las evidencias, se indicará con exactitud el sitio desde el cual fueron removidas o el lugar en donde fueron encontradas y serán marcadas, guardadas y protegidas adecuadamente por quien tenga la responsabilidad de su custodia en el momento en que se realicen estas acciones. (Artículo 13 del Decreto 786 de 1990)
