°. DE LA CONSTITUCION DE SOCIEDADES ENTRE ENTIDADES PUBLICAS. Las sociedades que se creen por la participación exclusiva de entidades públicas con el fin de desarrollar actividades de naturaleza industrial o comercial, se someten a las normas previstas para las empresas industriales o comerciales del Estado. Sus estatutos proveerán sobre las materias mencionadas en el inciso segundo del artículo anterior y, además, podrán disponer que un mismo órgano hará las veces de asamblea de accionistas o junta de socios y de junta directiva.
