Artículo décimo noveno. El martillo de la Bolsa tendrá por finalidad, la venta en pública subasta y al mejor postor de los bienes negociables en ella. El martillo podrá vender por este sistema, las prendas constituidas en los almacenes generales de depósito, en los casos en que la ley exija tal procedimiento.
