Articulo segundo. De acuerdo con las investigaciones realizadas o que se realicen, el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional fijará las haciendas y zonas infectadas, sospechosas o libres para cada una de las enfermedades materia de la investigación y dictará las medidas conducentes a su control y erradicación.
