Al empleado oficial que reúna las condiciones legales para tener derecho a una pensión de jubilación o de vejez, se le notificará por la entidad correspondiente que cesará en sus funciones y será retirado del servicio dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes, para que gestione el reconocimiento de la correspondiente pensión. Si el reconocimiento se efectuare dentro del término indicado, se decretará el retiro y el empleado cesará en sus funciones. CAPITULO V De la destitución.
