Procedencia De Los Oficiales Del Cuerpo Administrativo

Procedencia de los Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo. Los Suboficiales en servicio activo que reúnan las condiciones señaladas en el Artículo 36 del Decreto 1790 de 2000, para su Escalafonamiento como Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo, deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

Solicitud escrita al respectivo Comando de Fuerza.

Encontrarse dentro de los límites de edad establecidos para el respectivo grado en el artículo 105 del Decreto 1790 de 2000.
