Decreto 12 de 1993 · por el cual se fija la remuneración de los empleados públicos pertenecientes a las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y a las Sociedades de Economía Mixta sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas del orden nacional, directas e indirectas y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia salarial.

ARTICULO 2o. Para el año de 1993, la asignación básica del Presidente de la Empresa Colombiana de Vías Férreas -FERROVIAS-, será de UN MILLON CINCUENTA Y TRES MIL SETECIENTOS CINCUENTA PESOS ($1.053.750) moneda corriente.

Parágrafo

El Presidente de la Empresa Colombiana de Vías Férreas -FERROVIAS- y el Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras -FOGAFIN-, tendrán derecho a la Prima Técnica a que se refiere el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
