Las reexportaciones estarán sujetas a los siguientes requisitos, además de los que rigen para toda exportación

Demostración ante la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior de que los bienes no pueden utilizarse económicamente en el país,

Aprobación del precio de venta por la misma entidad, y

Entrega de las divisas producto de la exportación al Banco de la República para ser canjeadas por "Certificados de Cambio".
