Corresponde a la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, con apoyo del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública, establecer los mecanismos para la efectividad de los derechos de los empleados de carrera a quienes se les supriman los cargos; ejercer la vigilancia y el control a que haya lugar, y resolver las reclamaciones que se le formulen por posibles infracciones a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto y en las disposiciones complementarias.
