A toda arma vendida por la Industria Militar o por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, se le expedirá el salvoconducto correspondiente, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 94 y 96 del presente decreto. Las armas adquiridas por el personal de las Fuerzas Armadas, en servicio activo, deberán quedar registradas en el archivo respectivo.
