Contenido . La tarjeta de operación contendrá, al menos, los siguientes datos

De la empresa: razón social o denominación, sede y radio de acción.

Del vehículo: clase, marca, modelo, número de la placa, capacidad y tipo de combustible.

Otros: nivel de servicio, fecha de vencimiento, numeración consecutiva y firma de la autoridad que la expide.

Parágrafo

La tarjeta de operación deberá ajustarse como mínimo a la ficha técnica que para el efecto establezca el Ministerio de Transporte. ( Decreto 170 de 2001, artículo 58 ).
