Las prestaciones reglamentadas en esta ley, que venían causándose en virtud de disposiciones anteriores a cargo de los patronos, se seguirán rigiendo por tales disposiciones hasta la fecha que el seguro social las vaya asumiendo pro haberse cumplido el aporte previo señalado para cada caso desde esa fecha empezaran a hacerse efectivos los servicios aquí establecidos y dejaran de aplicarse aquellas disposiciones anteriores.
