Las Adquisiciones De Propiedades Rurales De Que A Partir De La Fecha Del Presente Decreto Efectúen Los Fondos Ganaderos, No Podrán Exceder Del 10% De Su Capital Y Reservas, Y Se Requerirá En Todo Caso Concepto Previo Favorable De La Junta De Vigilancia De Los Fondos

Las adquisiciones de propiedades rurales de que a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto efectúen los Fondos Ganaderos, no podrán exceder del 10% de su capital y reservas, y se requerirá en todo caso concepto previo favorable de la Junta de Vigilancia de los Fondos.

Parágrafo

Los Fondos que en la fecha del presente Decreto posean propiedades rurales por valor igual o superior al 10% de su capital y reservas, sólo podrá adquirir nuevas cuando el valor de los que posean sea inferior a dicho porcentaje.
