Entrega de Archivos. Los archivos de los cuales sea titular el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario (INPEC) a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y que tengan relación con las competencias de la Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios (SPC) deberán ser transferidos a esa entidad, en los términos que señalen los representantes legales de las dos (2) entidades.
