Duración . El Servicio Militar Obligatorio para Bachilleres en la Policía Nacional, tendrá una duración de doce (12) meses, de los cuales tres (3) meses serán para instrucción básica y nueve (9) para la prestación del servicio propiamente dicho.

Parágrafo

El período de Servicio Militar Obligatorio, coincidirá con los períodos académicos legalmente establecidos en el país CAPITULO III. Del personal.
