Art. 1º Las reclamaciones que se hicieren al Gobierno por empréstitos, suministros ó expropiaciones, ó por errores en liquidación a cargo de particulares, se extenderán en papel común y no será necesario adherir á éste estampilla, para la práctica de ninguna diligencia, cuando la suma reclamada no excediere de ($100).
