La comisión para los funcionarios de Carrera no podrá exceder de dos (2) años en los casos contemplados en los literales a) y b) del artículo 40 del presente Estatuto, transcurridos los cuales, deberá ser reintegrado al servicio en la categoría que le corresponda. Si rehusare reintegrarse quedará fuera del servicio y eliminado del Escalafón. CAPITULO VIII De la disponibilidad.
