Posibilidad de revisión . Las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación y los establecimientos educativos contarán con un término de diez (10) días hábiles para presentar cualquier reclamación relacionada con el cumplimiento de los requisitos para recibir los Estímulos a la Calidad Educativa. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional contará con treinta (30) días hábiles para resolver de fondo las reclamaciones que llegaren a ser presentadas. Lo resuelto deberá ser notificado en los términos previstos en la Ley 1437 de 2011”.
