Toque de queda. Los Gobernadores y Alcaldes, de conformidad con lo decidido en el Consejo Departamental y Municipal de Seguridad, y durante el período que se estime conveniente, podrán decretar el toque de queda con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
