Derecho a la Nacionalidad. 1. Toda persona tiene derecho a una nacionalidad. 2. Toda persona tiene derecho a la nacionalidad del Estado en cuyo territorio nació si no tiene derecho a otra. 3. A nadie se privará arbitrariamente de su nacionalidad ni del derecho a cambiarla.
