Art. 5.° Los Registradores pasarán en cada caso particular informe al Gobernador del Departamento acerca del instrumento en que se haya dejado de cumplir por parte del Notario tal requisito, á fin de que dicho empleado le imponga una multa igual al doble de los derechos notariales que le hayan correspondido.
