º. Definidos los limites por debajo de los cuales no podrán establecerse asentamientos humanos ni construirse edificación alguna a los cuales hace referencia el artículo anterior, el Fondo de Reconstrucción "Resurgir" comunicará, por conducto de los alcaldes municipales correspondientes, a los propietarios, poseedores o tenedores de los inmuebles ubicados dentro de tales limites, que se abstengan de construir edificaciones dentro de ellos y que procedan a reubicarse en un término no mayor de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha de la comunicación.
