Los gobiernos del departamento del Valle del Cauca y del municipio de Roldanillo, gestionarán y coparticiparán en la financiación y ejecución de los objetivos de esta ley, mediante contrapartidas y apropiaciones provenientes de sus respectivos presupuestos y con la consecución y aplicación de otras fuentes y mecanismos financieros alternativos incluidos en el Sistema Nacional de Cofinanciación y en la regulación vigente sobre la materia.
