MODALIDADES. Incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cinco (5) años, quien

Obligare al prisionero de guerra a combatir contra su país, o lo sometiere a maltratos físicos o morales, o lo despojare de sus pertenencias para apropiárselas.

Despojare de sus pertenencias a los muertos en el campo de batalla.

Usare indebidamente insignias, banderas o emblemas de la Cruz Roja o de organismos aceptados por el derecho internacional.
