Artículo primero. Créase una Inspección Sanitaria en el valle de Sibundoy, Comisaría Especial del Putumayo, con jurisdicción en todo el Territorio del Valle, inclusive en los núcleos de Población más importantes, por el término de cuatro meses , contados desde la aprobación del presente Decreto, y con una asignación mensual de ochenta pesos (S 80).
