Censura verbal y pública . La censura verbal y pública será dada a conocer al infractor, mediante la lectura de la decisión ante la Junta Seccional de la Federación Odontológica Colombiana correspondiente, y la fijación de la misma en lugar visible de la sede de los Tribunales por diez (10) días hábiles y publicada en la Revista de la Federación Odontológica Colombiana o en los boletines seccionales. Copia de este acto debe ser enviada al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. (Artículo 39 del Decreto 491 de 1990)
