Art. 10. Las Asambleas de los Estados en su legislacion determinarán lo conveniente para que las mandas, legados, fideicomisos &c. estatuidos á favor de los dichos establecimientos, reciban la proteccion y que, conforme á esta ley, se radique en el Tesoro nacional el producido de esas mandas ó donaciones &c.
