REGISTRO DE TARIFAS BASICAS DE CONFERENCIA. Los armadores colombianos que hayan sido autorizados para ingresar a Conferencias Marítimas, deberán registrar las tarifas básicas para carga general aprobadas por dicha Conferencia y aplicables para los tráficos con Colombia, al menos con treinta (30) días de antelación a la fecha en que tales tarifas básicas vayan a ser aplicadas. A fin de que puedan ser registradas estas tarifas básicas por la Autoridad Marítima, la solicitud deberá suscribirla el armador colombiano interesado y el representante de la respectiva Conferencia Marítima registrado ante DIMAR.
