Artículo 2.2.9.9.1. Objeto. El presente capítulo establece las características y condiciones particulares aplicables a las contribuciones especiales de que trata el artículo 85 de la Ley 142 de 1994, así como el procedimiento para la liquidación y cobro para la contribución adicional prevista en el artículo 314 de la Ley 1955 de 2019.
