Artículo cuarto. El personal de vigilancia de que trata el artículo anterior, podrá ser trasladado a cualquier Penitenciaria, Cárcel, Colonia o establecimiento de reclusión de mujeres, por medio de resolución del Jefe de la División de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad, sin que el traslado tenga necesidad de nuevo nombramiento ni posesión.
