El personal de las nuevas Prefecturas se compondrá en cada una de ellas de un Prefecto, un Secretario, un Oficial-escribiente y un Portero, con las asignaciones que fijen los Gobernadores de los respectivos Departamentos, provisionalmente, las cuales no podrán bajar de las menores señaladas á los empleados de las Prefecturas existentes en los mismos Departamentos.
