Los gastos de entierro de que trata el ordinal d) del Artículo 3º. de la ley 71 de 1945 sean una suma igual al último sueldo devengado, sin que en ningún caso baje de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00), ni exceda de cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400.00).
