Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo de Director Ejecutivo o de miembro del Consejo Directivo. serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social. Las referentes de los demás empleados de la promotora las expedirá la Secretaria General de la misma, o la oficina que tenga a su cargo la administración del personal.
