Entrevista. La Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional-Acción Social, cuando lo considere necesario, entrevistará personalmente a los solicitantes de la reparación, quienes para facilitar el trámite podrán aportar las pruebas que tengan en su poder para acreditar la calidad de víctima o de beneficiario. La entrevista se deberá realizar en el lugar de residencia del solicitante, sin perjuicio de que este solicite que se efectué en otro lugar, o en la sede de la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional-Acción Social. De todo lo anterior se deberá dejar constancia por escrito.
