º. La Empresa del Ferrocarril queda obligada a dar aviso, con quince días de anticipación por lo menos cuando quiera que juzgue conveniente la suspensión de este servicio, y el Gobierno podrá retirar el puesto en cualquier momento, si razones de orden público u otras del servicio así lo imponen.
