La cantidad incluida en el Presupuesto, como renta proveniente del producto de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, conforme a la Ley 165 de 1948 , será consignado, por cuotas mensuales iguales, en la Tesorería General de la República. En igual forma procederá con la asignación del subsidio a los Departamentos y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, ordenado por la Ley 15 de 1959 .
