Obligación de Rendición de Cuentas. Se establece la obligación de rendir cuentas sobre la gestión de la Comisión Nacional de Moralización y sus subcomisiones técnicas al menos una (1) vez al año. Esta rendición de cuentas deberá incluir información detallada sobre las actividades realizadas, los resultados obtenidos y los desafíos enfrentados en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos. La presentación de estos informes será pública y accesible a través de la sede electrónica de la Secretaría de Transparencia de la Presidencia de la República.
