º . Reuniones . La Comisión Intersectorial para el Manejo de Biocombustibles se reunirá por derecho propio cada dos (2) meses y extraordinariamente por convocatoria de su Presidente. Las reuniones de la Comisión, por regla general, serán presenciales, sin perjuicio de la celebración de reuniones virtuales. La Comisión deliberará y decidirá con la mitad más uno de sus miembros. Los empates serán dirimidos por su Presidente.
