Vigencia y modificaciones. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifíquese el artículo 2° del Decreto 217 de 2010, el artículo 1° del Decreto 4175 de 2007, el artículo 1 del Decreto 4168 de 2007, el artículo 1 del Decreto 117 de 2013 y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
