Solidaridad entre el Avaluador y la Entidad Privada a la que se solicita el avalúo . La entidad privada a la cual se le solicite el avalúo y la persona que lo adelante, serán solidariamente responsables por el avalúo realizado de conformidad con la ley. (Decreto número 1420 de 1998, artículo 11)
