Art 7°. El Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá que los Tesoreros de manumisión enteren en las respectivas oficinas de Hacienda, los fondos de su privativa recaudación, i tanto de estos como los que recaudaren las oficinas de Hacienda, i aplicados por leyes anteriores i por la presente a la manumisión de esclavos, se llevará cuenta separada.
