Adiciónese El Siguiente Parágrafo Al Artículo 2° Del Decreto Número 2445 Del 5 De Noviembre De 2013: “ Parágrafo 3°

Decreto 1354 de 2018 · por el cual se modifica el decreto número 2445 de 2013 “por el cual se crea una Comisión Intersectorial y se deroga el Decreto número 2306 de 2012”.

Parágrafo

al artículo 2° del Decreto número 2445 del 5 de noviembre de 2013: “

Parágrafo 3

El Ministro y/o Director de Departamento Administrativo que presente a la Comisión Intersectorial de Infraestructura y Proyectos Estratégicos (CIIPE) una iniciativa para su validación como Proyecto de Interés Nacional Estratégico (PINES) hará parte de dicha Comisión Intersectorial con derecho a voz y voto, para todos los efectos relacionados con el respectivo proyecto”.
