Art. 1831. No se imputarán a la mitad de gananciales del cónyuge sobreviviente las asignaciones testamentarias que le haya hecho el cónyuge difunto, salvo que éste lo haya así ordenado; pero en tal caso podrá el cónyuge sobreviviente repudiarlas, si prefiere atenerse al resultado de la partición.
