Tablas De Organización Y Equipo

Ley 1861 de 2017 · por la cual se reglamenta el servicio de reclutamiento, control de reservas y la movilización.

Corresponde al Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares elaborar las Tablas de Organización y Equipo (TOE) del Servicio de Reclutamiento y Movilización, las cuales deberán ser aprobadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

Parágrafo

Las Tablas de Organización de Personal de la Oficina de Incorporación y Control Reservas de la Policía Nacional, las elaborará el Director General de la Policía Nacional, las cuales deberán ser aprobadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
