Dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la vinculación del empleado a la nueva entidad, ésta enviará al Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil y al organismo del cual proviene el empleado copia auténtica del acto administrativo de vinculación y del acta de posesión, o del contrato de trabajo, según el caso.
