En consecuencia, el Municipio de Manizales administrara y explotara el Estadium de Palogrande de aquella ciudad, destinando su producido a la terminación y conservación de la obra y el incremento de los deportes y de la cultura física en el mismo Municipio y en el Departamento de Caldas.
