La entidad de carácter público que presida los actos o procedimientos conmemorativos y honores a los beneficiarios de la Ley 1979 de 2019, deberá articularse con la Fuerza Pública de su Jurisdicción y podrá contar con la participación de un delegado del Consejo de Veteranos.
