° Queda autorizado el Ministerio de Hacienda para señalar las fuentes de donde pueda venderse agua salada, según las necesidades del consumo y de la vigilancia del contrabando; lo mismo que para adoptar las providencias y reglamentaciones conducentes al cumplimiento de los artículos anteriores.
