Decisión positiva. En caso de que la petición estuviere conforme a la ley y al Plan de Expansión Portuaria, y no tuviere impacto negativo ambiental o estuvieran contempladas las obras necesarias para prevenirlo, el Superintendente General de Puertos aprobará la solicitud de concesión mediante resolución motivada que indicará los términos en los que se otorgará la concesión. Dicha providencia se comunicará al peticionario, a las autoridades mencionadas en el inciso 2º del artículo 10 de la Ley 1ª de 1991 y a quienes hubieren intervenido en la actuación, mediante propuestas alternativas u oposiciones a la concesión.
