Article 32

Cuando El Personal Reciba El Valor Del Pasaporte A Que Tiene Derecho Y No Efectué El Viaje, Debe Reintegrar Inmediatamente La Suma Recibida Por Este Concepto A La Respectiva Contaduría Y Dar Aviso Al Departamento De Control Y Ordenación

Cuando el personal reciba el valor del pasaporte a que tiene derecho y no efectué el viaje, debe reintegrar inmediatamente la suma recibida por este concepto a la respectiva Contaduría y dar aviso al Departamento de Control y Ordenación. En caso de incumplimiento comprobado de esta obligación, el Ministerio de Guerra ordenara el reintegro correspondiente y se harán efectivas las siguientes sanciones

Constancia del hecho en la calificación u hoja de vida del individuo, cuando de trate del personal militar;

Una multa igual al 50% del valor del pasaporte, cuando se trate del personal civil.
